Developer CTC Development
CTC SkyOne @ Bukit Chagar is a freehold integrated development by CTC Development Malaysia Sdn Bhd on a 1.64-acre site at the intersection of Jalan Bukit Chagar and Jalan Lingkaran Dalam in the Johor Bahru city centre, within Iskandar Malaysia's Flagship Zone A. The developer's own specification table gives 1,605 serviced apartment units and 22 retail shops across three towers — Tower A at 57 storeys, Towers B and C at 56 each — on freehold land held under a commercial strata title, with the residential component classified as a serviced apartment under the Housing Development Act. CTC Development is the Malaysian property arm of CTC Group, a privately held Singapore family group that began as CTC Travel in 1990.
The project's principal claim is distance: the developer states approximately 300 metres walking to the Bukit Chagar RTS station. The site is bounded to the north by the Jalan Lingkaran Dalam arterial and sits immediately west of the Sheraton hotel and the SKY CITY MALL complex. Every unit uses a dual-key or triple-key plan, which means the number of occupied households will run well above the 1,605 unit count. Facilities are gathered on an 11th-floor podium.
The documentation is thin, and that is the fact a buyer needs most. CTC publishes no advertising permit number, no developer licence number, no floor plans, no built-up table, no price list, no completion date and no site coordinates; its own project page still presents SkyOne as forthcoming even while the sales gallery is open and bookings are being taken. Every size, price, layout and completion figure now in circulation therefore comes from marketing microsites rather than a filed source, and several of them contradict each other outright.
The developer has not published a formal price list, or the advertising and sales permit has not been issued yet. The range below is where prices sit today; for what a specific unit actually costs, ask me for the current price sheet.

These are the facilities the developer has published. Where the developer has not listed something, this page does not fill the gap for it.
Just say the word and I will send them all at once, instead of you asking for them piece by piece.
