Veranda Residences Phase 2 is a freehold serviced apartment development by MB World on Jalan Abdul Rahman Andak in the MBW City township, on the Inner Ring Road in the Yahya Awal precinct. It is registered as Residensi Saujana Phase 2 and comprises Towers C and D — 326 units over 31 levels and 323 over 30 levels, 649 homes in total. Phase 1, Towers A and B, is a separate and completed scheme on its own permit.
Three layouts are offered, all on strata title: Type A at 632 sqft with 1+1 bedrooms, one bathroom, one car park bay and two air-conditioning points, from RM689,000; Type B at 850 sqft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bays and four points, from RM865,000; and Type C at 1,023 sqft, also three bedrooms and two bathrooms, configured as a dual-key, from RM1,022,000. Facilities occupy two decks — pools, sauna, multipurpose hall and fitness club on levels 2 and 3, and courts, children's zones and reading rooms on level 7.
Advertising and sale permit 19932-2/05-2028/0354(A)-(S) runs from 7 May 2025 to 6 May 2028 with a filed band of RM689,000 to RM1,058,000 (Tower C) and RM706,000 to RM1,055,000 (Tower D). Construction stood at 15.4 to 17.1 per cent on the register read in August 2026, with a site photograph published dated 31 July 2026, and the developer states an estimated completion of Q2 2028. Its published road distances are 4.5 km to the CIQ and 4 km to the Bukit Chagar RTS station. The land title category is not published.
Price range
The range below is the upper and lower limit the developer filed with the housing ministry and printed on the advertising permit — not a figure quoted verbally by a salesperson.
