Astaka 在 2023 年 12 月宣布，聘请 Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd 担任管理代理，行销资料另外提到礼宾、包裹代收、客房清洁与洗衣服务。请一家有名字的国际管理公司，通常表示偿债基金的账目与缺陷追踪流程会比较正规。但管理合约是有年期的，酒店式服务也是要收费的 —— 合约多长、哪些服务含在管理费里、哪些是另外计费，这两个问题要书面问清楚。
