第三期只有一款屋型：建筑 2,089 平方尺（194.1 平方米），地段 20×70 尺（每块地约 1,400 平方尺），4 房加一间工作房、4 卫。3A 与 3B 的建筑面积与建筑图完全一样，JLand 把 3A 列为 2 至 3 个车位、3B 列为 2 个车位。
