Adison Serviced Apartments, marketed as WCT Larkinton Adison, sits on Lot PTB 24466 on Jalan Tun Abdul Razak inside the 68-acre W City Larkinton masterplan next to the Johor Golf & Country Club. The land is freehold and the apartments are held on strata title with ground-floor commercial lots below.
Phase 1, registered as Residensi Laman Hijau, comprises 1,024 units across four blocks of 20 to 22 storeys on 8.26 acres, together with 37 shop lots. Three layouts are offered: Type A, a 501 sqft studio with one bedroom and one bathroom; Type B at 651 sqft with two bedrooms and one bathroom; and Type C at 791 sqft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a yard, and each figure including a 15 to 17 sqft air-conditioner ledge. All Phase 1 facilities occupy a single Level 6 podium deck.
Pricing is filed block by block and phase by phase. Phase 1 carries RM441,000–RM717,900 for Block A (240 units, 36.00% built), RM430,000–RM704,300 for Block B (272 units, 43.53%), RM436,700–RM712,100 for Block C (256 units, 57.50%) and RM428,800–RM704,400 for Block D (256 units, 63.13%). Phases 3 to 6 carry RM462,000–RM798,000, RM449,000–RM779,000, RM483,000–RM833,000 and RM469,000–RM813,000 respectively, at 21.88% to 41.56% built. The Phase 1 permits state completion in April 2028 and Phases 3 to 6 in December 2028. WCT's own project material gives 5 km to the CIQ, JB Sentral and the upcoming RTS Bukit Chagar station alike, without stating the route type.
