地契是租赁地契，BCB 自己的说法是 129 年 —— 99 年租约再加 30 年，住宅分层地契。BCB 没有公布租约起始日期，所以剩余年期要自己查。
设施照发展商与工程顾问都公布的那一批列：空中花园层的泳池、两栋之间的空中花园、每一栋顶楼的屋顶花园、健身房、多用途厅、有盖落客区、十层停车平台、多层保安系统。另外有一批只出现在挂牌网站上、BCB 自己的项目页没有列的（篮球场、烧烤区、按摩池、儿童游乐场、按摩步道、24 小时保安），这一页把它们标成未经证实。
位置上，BCB 自己的项目页写明紧邻 Gleneagles Medini 医院，旁边另有一座四英亩的公共公园。对退休人士、MM2H 持有人或医疗旅居租客来说，隔壁跟十分钟车程是两件事。
最后一条关于用途：这栋楼有相当一部分单位在做短期住宿。对租金毛收益是好事，对想安静住的人则未必。要买来自住还是买来出租，先想清楚，我按你的用途帮你挑栋与挑层。
