Jalan Indera Putera, Stulang Darat, 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor
Developer PGB Iconic(Paragon Globe) · Operated by Aurum Stay
The Iconic by PGB is a proposed freehold twin-tower serviced apartment development on roughly 2.7 acres at Jalan Indera Putera, Stulang Darat, Johor Bahru. The developer is PGB Iconic Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paragon Globe Berhad, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. The land is freehold and the units carry a commercial title, sold as serviced apartments under the Housing Development Act with no retail component.
The project website describes two towers of 47 levels holding 1,510 units — Tower A with 719 and Tower B with 791 — with residential floors from level 12 to level 47 and 20 units to a floor. Paragon Globe's own corporate profile gives slightly different figures for the same project: two towers of 45 floors and 1,512 units on 2.71 acres, with a projected gross development value of RM983 million. Tower A is the current launch and offers three layouts: a 526 sqft one-bedroom (251 units), a 756 sqft two-bedroom (324 units) and a 956 sqft three-bedroom dual key (144 units). Facilities run to 52 items across about 1.85 acres on level 11 and the rooftop, including a padel court, four rooftop pickleball courts and a golf simulator, and the development targets GreenRE Gold certification.
Prices published as at August 2026 are explicitly labelled proposed, not permitted: RM578,600 to RM619,600 for Type A, RM809,000 to RM867,000 for Type B and RM997,300 to RM1,035,300 for Type C. No advertising and sale permit number, developer licence number or permit price band has been published for this project, and the developer's own terms refer to signing "within 30 days from APDL", indicating the permit was still pending. Completion is stated as 60 months after the sale and purchase agreement is signed, with no calendar date. The project's own FAQ puts it approximately 1.9 km by road from the CIQ and 2.0 km from the RTS Link, and offers a two-year complimentary shuttle; a second page by the same developer describes the location as walking distance, which is inconsistent with its own road figures.
The developer has not published a formal price list, or the advertising and sales permit has not been issued yet. The range below is where prices sit today; for what a specific unit actually costs, ask me for the current price sheet.
